How to Use

Shake well before use. Add to a comfortably warm bath. Keep the water level below the heart. Soak for up to 20–30 minutes if comfortable, using your hands to bring the herbal water over your shoulders and neck. Leave the bath sooner if you feel uncomfortable or unwell.
