Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Standard U.S. orders: 5–7 business days after processing.

Where We Ship We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) at this time.

Shipping Costs Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.00. For orders under $50.00, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Shipping Delays While we do our best to meet all delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you by email.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at info@cgformulas.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. CG Formulas™ is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but subsequently reported stolen.
