REFUND & RETURN POLICY

14-Day Return Window

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at info@cgformulas.com to request a return authorization.

Please do not send items back without first receiving authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns based on personal preference, an item ordered in error, or a change of mind. CG Formulas™ does not provide prepaid return labels for these returns.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@cgformulas.com with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging before returning it.

Depending on the circumstances, CG Formulas™ may provide a replacement, refund, or prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

If you have not received your approved refund after the processing period, contact us at info@cgformulas.com.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used personal-care products

• Items specifically identified as final sale at the time of purchase

• Gift cards

• Wholesale or bulk orders

• Custom or special orders

Products purchased using a promotional discount code remain eligible for return unless they were specifically identified as final sale at the time of purchase.

CG Formulas™ does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

To obtain a different item, request authorization to return the original eligible product and place a separate order for the desired item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

CG Formulas™ is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but subsequently reported lost or stolen.

We will assist with available carrier claims and provide supporting shipment information when appropriate. Refunds cannot be issued for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
