Refund policy
Should you wish to return your order, due to damage or incorrect goods shipped please notify us within 7 days of purchase. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Only unopened goods will be refunded. Refunds will be processed promptly. Due to the nature of these goods we cannot refund items which you have changed your mind over. Please ensure you check your order carefully before proceeding to check out. All refunds are made at the discretion of Chulgwon Formulas.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This process may take up 30 days depending on the carrier.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as Training Equipment or Uniforms or any Wholesale item). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Lost or Stolen Items/Packages
Chulgwon Formulas, its agents or affiliates will not reimburse a consumer if the package was delivered and then stolen. It will work with both the sender and the purchaser, as well as, law enforcement for a given claim. However, UPS will not issue a refund unless there's proof that it was responsible.
