How to Soak

  1. Fill a tub or basin with warm water (not scalding — aim for a comfortable, therapeutic temperature).
  2. Add the recommended amount of Herbal Muscle & Joint Soak formula.
  3. Soak for 20–30 minutes.
  4. Rinse off with clean water and pat dry.
  5. Rest and hydrate well after each session.
