Terms & Conditions

Annual Membership Fee: $39.99

By purchasing a CG Formulas™ VIP Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Membership Term

The CG Formulas™ VIP Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment.

The membership does not automatically renew. At the end of the 12-month membership period, the member may choose to purchase another year of membership at the membership price then in effect.

Membership is personal to the enrolled member and may not be transferred, shared, resold, or used by another individual.

2. VIP Member Discount

Active CG Formulas™ VIP Members receive:

25% off the regular retail price of eligible CG Formulas™ products purchased at CGFormulas.com.

25% off the regular retail price of eligible CG Formulas™ products purchased at participating Oom Yung Doe school locations.

VIP benefits begin when the membership is successfully purchased.

Proof of an active VIP Membership may be required for purchases made at participating school locations.

Unless otherwise specifically stated, the VIP discount:

• Applies to eligible regularly priced CG Formulas™ products.

• Cannot be combined with other promotional discounts, coupon codes, sale prices, or special offers.

• Does not apply to membership fees, shipping charges, taxes, gift cards, or other fees.

• Has no cash value.

• May not be transferred or used for unauthorized resale.

Product selection and availability may vary by location.

3. First Purchase Reward

As an additional benefit of initial enrollment, each new VIP Member is eligible to receive:

One complimentary Active Recovery Roll-On Gel with the member's first qualifying product purchase at CGFormulas.com.

The purchase of the VIP Membership itself does not constitute a qualifying product purchase.

To receive the complimentary Roll-On Gel, the member must complete a separate qualifying purchase of an eligible CG Formulas™ product while their VIP Membership is active.

The member's 25% VIP discount may be used on the qualifying purchase.

The complimentary Active Recovery Roll-On Gel will be included with the member's first qualifying CGFormulas.com product order whenever operationally possible.

The First Purchase Reward:

• Is limited to one per new VIP Member.

• Is available upon initial membership enrollment only.

• Has no cash or credit value.

• Cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Cannot be applied toward the $39.99 membership fee.

• Is not transferable.

• Is not eligible for a cash refund or store credit.

Gift cards, membership fees, taxes, shipping charges, and other non-product charges do not constitute qualifying purchases.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, purchases made at participating Oom Yung Doe locations do not qualify for the First Purchase Reward. The reward is administered through CGFormulas.com.

No minimum product purchase amount is required unless a minimum purchase requirement is clearly disclosed as part of the offer before enrollment.

If the Active Recovery Roll-On Gel becomes unavailable, CG Formulas™ may substitute another CG Formulas™ product of equal or greater retail value.

4. Membership Cancellation and Refund Policy

A member may request cancellation and refund of the $39.99 annual membership fee only if the member has not used any VIP discount and has not received or become entitled to the First Purchase Reward.

Once the member uses the VIP discount on a purchase, or the First Purchase Reward has been earned, fulfilled, shipped, picked up, or otherwise claimed, the $39.99 annual membership fee becomes non-refundable.

After either of these events occurs:

No full or partial refund of the membership fee will be provided.

There are no prorated refunds for unused membership time.

There are no refunds based upon the number of purchases made during the membership period.

Unused membership discounts and benefits have no cash value.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

5. Product Returns

The VIP Membership refund policy is separate from CG Formulas™ product return policies.

Products purchased using the VIP discount remain subject to the applicable CG Formulas™ product return and refund policy.

Any approved product refund will be based on the actual amount paid after the VIP discount, rather than the regular retail price.

The complimentary Active Recovery Roll-On Gel First Purchase Reward is not eligible for a cash refund, store credit, or exchange for its retail value.

Nothing in this provision limits applicable rights concerning damaged or defective merchandise or other rights provided by law.

6. Participating Oom Yung Doe Locations

The 25% VIP discount is available at participating Oom Yung Doe school locations.

Participation and product availability may vary by location.

Members may be required to present a current CG Formulas™ VIP Membership card, digital identification, or other proof of active membership before receiving the in-person discount.

7. Membership Misuse

CG Formulas™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership for fraud, unauthorized sharing of membership benefits, unauthorized resale, misuse of discounts, falsification of membership information, or other abuse of the VIP Membership program.

VIP benefits are intended for the personal use of the enrolled member.

8. Changes to the Program

CG Formulas™ may update future membership pricing, promotional benefits, eligible products, and program rules.

Changes to membership pricing will apply to future enrollments or renewals and will not result in an additional membership charge during an existing paid membership term.

9. Expiration and Renewal

The membership expires 12 months after the enrollment date.

Membership does not automatically renew and the member's payment method will not automatically be charged for another year.

Members may be offered the opportunity to renew before or after expiration.

Renewal requires a new purchase and authorization by the member.

The First Purchase Reward is an initial enrollment benefit and is not included with membership renewals unless specifically offered by CG Formulas™.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a CG Formulas™ VIP Membership, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• Membership costs $39.99 for 12 months.

• Membership does not automatically renew.

• Active members receive 25% off eligible CG Formulas™ products at CGFormulas.com and participating Oom Yung Doe locations.

• The complimentary Active Recovery Roll-On Gel is a First Purchase Reward and requires a qualifying CGFormulas.com product purchase after enrollment.

• The membership purchase itself does not qualify as the required product purchase.

• Once a VIP discount is used or the First Purchase Reward is earned or claimed, the membership fee becomes non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.

• Membership benefits and promotional rewards have no cash value.

By completing enrollment, the member confirms that they have reviewed and agree to these CG Formulas™ VIP Membership Terms & Conditions.
