Make Time for yourself. Here is how (another way to think about time management for yourself)

 

Life can be so full of daily activities.  We can forget to take time for ourselves. So, we need to make time …but how?  There are so many other things to do.  I can wait. Right?  Well, the reality is, time waits for no one.

 

A very wise man helped me to have different perspective on time management as it related to taking care of myself.

 

He spoke and said” Have you ever needed to go to the bathroom?”  “What would happen to your health if you tried to avoid this?”  “Do you think it is healthy not to go to the bathroom?” “What happens to your health (your life) if you do not use the bathroom?”  “Eventually you would die.” So, with the discomfort of trying to hold it in, and knowing that there could be very dangerous ramifications, if you don’t go to the bathroom - regardless of how busy you are…. You make time to go to the bathroom. 

 

If you make the time to use the bathroom (because it is healthy for you).   Make the time to work on yourself. Your life depends on this.
