How to Soak

  1. Fill a tub or basin with warm water (not scalding — aim for a comfortable, therapeutic temperature).
  2. Add the recommended amount of Herbal Detox Soak formula.
  3. Soak for 20–30 minutes.
  4. Rinse off with clean water and pat dry.
  5. Rest and hydrate well after each session.

Tip: Stay consistent. The 3-day consecutive schedule allows the herbal compounds to build on each session for a more thorough initial cleanse.


Level 2 — Extended Recovery Protocol
